Atkinson-Noland is excited to offer a condensed masonry structural design course in the evenings this Spring Semester on the CSU campus. This course provides an introduction to the design of modern reinforced masonry, including topics such as masonry lintels, walls, columns, and shear walls. Students will become familiar with the basic structural provisions of the TMS 402 Masonry Code. An outline of the planned topics for each class session is provided below:
