Mr. Cargill is a principal at Atkinson-Noland & Associates in New York, New York, a consulting firm specializing in evaluation and repair of masonry materials and structures. Joining the firm in 2016, his current work includes nondestructive evaluation of modern and historic structures, condition assessment of structures, laboratory testing, and masonry repair and strengthening. Mr. Cargill also brings a strong knowledge of structural engineering and design to the ANA team.
Mr. Cargill received a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering and Master of Science Degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder. His emphasis is in Structural Engineering.
Prior to joining Atkinson-Noland, Mr. Cargill completed a Structural Engineering internship with Martin/Martin Consulting Engineers. He was a member of the investigative engineering team involved in condition assessments of existing structures and aided in preparing repair documents and reports for structural repair projects
