Including his time in the Air Force, Josh has a 10 year background in the Civil Engineering field with an emphasis in materials testing and analysis as well as site development and inspection and surveying. He has received certifications from The American Concrete Institute (ACI), Troxler Electronic Laboratories, Inc., National Center for Asphalt Technology (NCAT at Auburn University) and Marine Mechanics Institute (MMI)

Military responsibilities and experience include:

Direct and perform Civil Engineering design, drafting, surveying and contract surveillance to support Air Force facility construction and maintenance programs. Prepare computer aided design (AutoCAD) specifications and cost estimates. Operate and maintain Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Utilize surveying technology to include GPS. Evaluate potential construction sites and perform field tests on soils, asphalt, and concrete. Fast paced and demanding environment with high level of professionalism, customer service and presentation skills.
